01Overview and AIVATAR service specifics

AIVATAR is an artificial intelligence application designed to help users, athletes and sports-club members improve athletic posture, movement execution and physical technique through real-time or recorded 3D AI avatars and movement analysis.

The type of data collected depends on how you use our Services. Unregistered visitors who view promotional content generate minimal technical data, such as an IP address. Registered users, athletes and subscribers who use our AI movement-capture system, upload training recordings or access personalized coaching recommendations provide additional personal, physical and biometric movement data necessary for modeling and postural correction.

02Information we receive and collect

A. Information you provide directly

• Account and profile data: full name, email address, password, age, gender, height, weight, primary sport and skill level.
• Payment and transaction data: billing address and payment information collected and processed directly by secure third-party payment providers, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Stripe.
• Support and user feedback: information provided when contacting customer service or participating in surveys.

B. Camera, movement and biometric motion data

To provide real-time AI movement analysis and generate your personal avatar:

• Video and spatial kinematic capture: when enabled, the camera records or streams your movements. Our AI algorithms analyze skeletal-joint coordinates, body alignment, posture, speed and exercise-repetition execution.
• Raw video and pose coordinates: raw video is primarily processed to calculate skeletal landmarks (“key points”). Video clips used for AI training or historical performance analysis are stored securely and associated with your account unless deleted or anonymized.

C. Information collected automatically

• Technical and device information: IP address, operating system, device model, camera specifications, application error logs and session duration.
• Analytics and cookies: mobile tracking identifiers (IDFA/GAID), cookies and web beacons used to understand application performance and feature usage.

03How we use your information

Somashift AI LLC processes your data for the following purposes:

• Core AI functionality: generating your AI avatar, analyzing athletic movement, detecting posture errors and providing corrective recommendations.
• Improving AI models: training and improving computer-vision models, joint-tracking accuracy and sports-movement algorithms, using anonymized or aggregated data where appropriate.
• Account and subscription management: managing access, processing payments and providing customer support.
• Communication: sending service announcements, performance summaries, training information and promotional updates.
• Security and compliance: preventing fraud, protecting systems, enforcing terms of use and meeting legal obligations.

04How we disclose your information

We do not sell your personal movement videos or biometric data to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Sports clubs and partner organizations: if you access AIVATAR through a partner club or sports organization, aggregated or authorized performance reports may be made available to designated coaches or club administrators in accordance with your settings.
• Service providers: third parties supporting our infrastructure, including cloud hosting, AI cloud processing, database management, customer support and payment gateways, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and business transactions: in response to legal proceedings or regulatory requests, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets of Somashift AI LLC.

05Data retention and security

• Data security: we implement technical, administrative and physical measures designed to protect video recordings and spatial-movement data, including encryption in transit and at rest, firewalls and restricted access.
• Data retention: posture and training data is retained while your account remains active to support progress tracking. You may request deletion of your account and associated video recordings at any time.

06Your rights and choices

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

• Access and portability: request a copy of your personal data and sports-performance history.
• Correction and deletion: correct inaccuracies or request complete deletion of your account, posture logs and profile data.
• Camera permissions: revoke camera access at any time through your device settings. Camera access is strictly required for real-time AI movement tracking.
• Marketing communications: unsubscribe using the link in promotional emails or by contacting us.

07Children’s privacy

AIVATAR and Somashift AI Services are intended for a general sports audience and are not directed to children under 16 without the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, or authorization from the relevant sports program. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 without appropriate consent.

08Changes to this Policy

Somashift AI LLC may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be published with a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the AIVATAR Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
